Fibre Line Drivers

Fibre Line Drivers are used to increase the distance attainable by an interface. With the interconnection being fibre, vast distances are achievable for most interfaces. Sometimes, fibre line drivers are specified to stop problems with EMC (ElectroMagnetic Field) interference or to provide a more secure connection than a copper cable run. (Fibre is much more difficult to tap into)

Select the protocol that is required to be extended. Please contact Betterbox if the required interface cannot be found.

This is the connector required for the fibre connection side of the driver.

Select standalone for a single extension run. For multiple runs select a chassis and then cards to match the interfaces required.
