Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse
our Online Catalogue, place a number in the quantity box and click the add button.This
will place them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection,
click on "Checkout" Button and you will be asked for a few details that
we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Cancellation of Orders
Any charges incurred until the date of your cancelation will be billed to the
buyer. Scheduled deliveries of blanket purchase orders may only be cancelled
when given a three month notice.
Product Specifications
Every effort is made to ensure accuracy of our Product's Technical Specifications.
Any information given in those specifications is not however to be regarded
as part of any Contract and BetterBox Communications Ltd reserves the right
to change any specifications without notice. Likewise products may be discontinued
from time to time. BetterBox Communications Ltd acknowledges all trademarks
and servicemarks as the property of their owners.

Pricing Policy All prices
are quoted net, inclusive of packaging but excluding delivery and VAT. Prices
may change without notice.
Shipping And Handling Stock items are shipped same day to be delivered
by whatever method you choose. Standard delivery charges are valid for packages
up to 5Kg in weight. For heavier items please confirm delivery charge at time
of ordering.
Reservation of Title
Until full payment of all outstanding invoices is received by BetterBox¨
Communications Ltd., any equipment or services supplied under any of the mentioned
invoices, shall remain the absolute property of BetterBox¨ Communications
Ltd. Should the equipment or services be converted, incorporated into other
equipment, or sold, the proceeds shall be retained for the benefit of BetterBox¨
Communications Ltd.
Delivery Schedule We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Back Orders If an item is not in stock, we will place it on back-order for you. You will always be informed by e-mail or phone if there is a delay on your order and by how long with the option to cancel it if you would rather not wait.
Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software using 128 bit encryption when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee BetterBox Warrants that the equipment supplied will be free from Manufacturing and Workmanship defects for a period of 12 months from date of shipment. BetterBox shall be under no Liability in respect of any of the following:
1 - Defects arising from any drawing and/or specification supplied by the Customer. 2 - BetterBox shall be entitled to charge the Customer for the repair or replacement of any product returned to us and subsequently found to be outside the warranty period. 3 - Defects arising from fair wear and tear, damage by negligence, abnormal working conditions, malice, failure to followBetterBox instructionns (written or verbal), misuse and unauthorised repair or alteration. 4 - Short shipments, defects in quality or condition or specification mismatch if not notified in writing to BetterBox within 10 days from the date of delivery on a delivery that was accepted by the Customer and no notification was made as required above within 10 days from delivery, BetterBox shall have no Liability for such equipment or material shortage, quality, condition or specification mismatch and the Customer shall be bound to pay the price shown on the corresponding invoice/s as if the equipment had been delivered as requested and in accordance with the Contract. 5 - If the equipment has not been paid by the due date. 6 - Any valid claims (except for short shipments) as per clause 3, BetterBox is entitled to repair or replace the equipment in question, free of charge to the Customer or refund up to 100% of the purchase price of the equipment mentioned and agreed as a valid claim and BetterBox shall have no further liability in respect of a valid claim to the Customer. 7 - BetterBox accepts no Liability in respect of any late deliveries, defects of workmanship or manufacturing or the consequences thereof and gives not warranty, implied or otherwise in respect thereof.

Returns Policy Subject to prior agreement most products are available
on a thirty days Sale or Return policy. Authorisation can be obtained prior to
ordering from or Sales Department, and your request or order must state clearly
which item/s are to be required on Sale or Return. Goods ordered under the Sale
or Return policy can be returned for a full refund excluding the costs of any
carriage. Items being returned under our Sale or Return policy are subject to
our normal returns of goods procedure. Our Sale or Returns policy is not applicable
to customised products, books, software and tools.
Return of Goods Procedure
1 - Any equipment ordered under our Sale or Returns
policy can be returned to BetterBox (after a returns authorisation number has
been issued and following our returns procedure) by the date given, in the original
unmarked packaging, complete with all manuals in unmarked an unsoiled stateand
in good working order for a full credit excluding carriage which shall be borne
by the Customer.
2 - No returns will be processed unless the returned goods are accompanied by
a Returns Authorisation Number (RA number) issued by our Customer Services Department
and pertaining to the equipment being returned and clearly shown on the outside
of the packaging.
3 - The Customer shall not return more than two items of any one type of product.
(Please use our Technical Help Line to confirm your application before ordering
large numbers of a particular product).
4 - Any products that are requested to be returned to BetterBox¨ in agreement
with clause 1 but which are being returned to BetterBox¨ outside the agreed
Sale or Return period will be subject to a minimum 10% re-stocking fee.
5 - BetterBox¨ is under no obligation to accept back products returned outside
of the agreed Sale or Return period.
6 - Any items where an official authorisation number is issued must be returned
by traceable means. All items will be inspected upon receipt and we reserve
the right to charge a refurbishment fee of no less than 10% should any items
be missing, damaged, marked or soiled in any way.
Remittance Terms We accept most credit cards for payment. You can also pay by Cheque, Bankers Draft or alternatively you can apply for a credit account. We accept most types of currency.
CHANGES
Betterbox Communications Ltd. reserves the right to substitute equipment of an equivalent or better specification or design. Any typographical, clerical, or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by Betterbox Communications Ltd. shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Betterbox Communications Ltd. Stock availabilty and lead times are subject to confirmation at the time of ordering.
