The 3006 series Modem provides full duplex X.21/V11 transmission over a fibre optic link. The units automatically accept any incoming speed up to a maximum of 8448kbit/s, these units can be delivered as standalone units or as rack mounted cards within a 19” chassis. Also you can combine voice, data and radio whilst increasing the number of channels in use. These units will operate over multimode and Singlemode fibres and can be equipped with LED or laser components and can be powered using mains or +48VDC. This modem will inter-operate with 3005(G703) at 2048kbit/s and 8448kbit/s, comprehensive indicators and alarms whilst loopback testing for both local and remote units can be operated from one end.
