The
P1705 SERIES is the newest addition to BetterBox’s family
of routers. Features a modular platform giving enhanced performance
and flexibility. To give you one LAN and up to two WAN interfaces.
Simply buy the interfaces you need and fit in the P1705 chassis.
A full suite of software is available to maximise your investment
in the P1705. An Ethernet router with an internal power supply
and modular LAN and WAN interfaces. The P1705 SERIES supports
PPP (PPP-MP) ISDN, Leased Line and Frame Relay (RFC 1490)
software.
The P1705 SERIES utilises existing IOLINK modular LAN and
WAN interfaces to allow the P1705 SERIES to immediately support
BetterBox's wide range of interfaces. New Flash and DRAM SIMM
Modules will allow simple product upgrades to accommodate
new software capabilities. The P1705 SERIES supports 2 high-speed
(T1/E1) WAN links presented on the G.703 inteface. The P1705
SERIES provides a platform that delivers support for modularity
and adds new Flash and DRAM memory upgrade options to provide
a growth path for new features and functionality. The P1705
chassis boasts a 10/100 LAN port and options for VPN services.
